چکیده
Background. At the present time more than 185 million people are infected with new coronavirus infection (CVI) SARS-CoV-2, which caused COVID-19 pandemic according to WHO. The issue of increased risk pulmonary embolism (PE) and associated severe course disease in persons abdominal obesity (AO) is actively discussed national foreign publications. Objective study. To determine clinical laboratory features PE patients SARS-CoV-2 Material Methods. An analysis 11.056 medical records inpatients treated infectious departments for 4th City Clinical Hospital named after N.E. Savchenko Minsk during period from April 1, 2020 May 31, 2021 was performed. AO subjects included retrospective determined WHO criteria as a body mass index greater or equal 30 kg/m2, waist circumference 94 cm men 80 women, respectively. PE, well effect on severity this complication, inclusion/exclusion/exclusion were developed sample (n=33), whose diagnosis verified by computed tomographic angiography chest (CTA chest) formed. instrumental parameters characteristics analyzed studied groups at moment admission hospital development. Results. According results 11 056 records, proportion whom final 3.68% (n=407), among observed 22.11% (n=90) patients. prevalence impaired lipid metabolism those 11.38% (n=1259). 90 CVI (0.81%) 317 without (2.87%). group (n=1259) 7.15%; (n=9797) - 3.24% (n=317). In formed AO, C-reactive protein (CRP) fibrinogen levels hospitalization higher AO: 116.64 (80.38-134.08) mg/L versus 30.21 (15.11-57.21) (U=36.04; p<0.01) 6.97 (6.11 8.03) g/L 4.71 (4.02 5.59) (U=12.0, On day suspected CRP 71.01 (50.59-105.06) 34.01 (18.85-60.81) (U=49.00; p<0.05). there moderate positive relationship between presence (r=0.41; p<0.05), elevated (r=0.58 p <0.05), strong serum level (r = 0.76; < 0.01), development 0.51; 0.01). Conclusion. Among complicated comparison AR individuals (χ2=5,18; lower oxygen saturation values (U =46.5; p<0.05) (U=49.5; respectively, (U=12.0; p<0.01), manifestation obtained data indicates favor fact that can be considered factor COVID-19. pathophysiological basis development, prognosis thromboembolic complications requires further clarification prospective follow-up category

SARS-CoV-2 infection: its psychiatric manifestations
Background: The clinical presentation of SARS-CoV-2 infection was initially dominated by respiratory symptoms. However the clinical spectrum is wide and neuropsychiatric syndromes are also a source of medical concern. Our aims are to present an atypical clinical presentation of SARS-CoV-2 infection characterized by auditory hallucinations and unusual behavior and to emphasize the diversity of ...

CHALLENGES OF LABORATORY SAMPLING AND DIAGNOSIS OF SARS-COV-2 VIRUS OF DISEASE (COVID-19)
Background & Aims: Given the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 worldwide, it is essential to identify people infected with the virus and determine its different types to control the global outbreak of COVID-19. The results of the studies are controversial, so this study examines these diagnostic challenges, including the types of diagnostic methods, the type and time of sampling, and even the clinical c...
متن کاملGenome-wide computational prediction of miRNAs in severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) revealed target genes involved in pulmonary vasculature and antiviral innate immunity
The current outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)in China threatened humankind worldwide. The coronaviruses contains the largest RNA genome among all other known RNA viruses, therefore the disease etiology can be understood by analyzing the genome sequence of SARS-CoV-2. In this study, we used an ab-intio based computational tool VMir to scan the complete geno...
